• The NLdigital terms and conditions apply to all DevRepublic services and activities.
• With the exception of article 10, intellectual property.
• As required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data processing under this agreement is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the NL Terms and Conditions which can be found here. These provisions apply in conjunction with the DevRepublic Privacy Policy
• These terms and conditions, including the NLdigital terms and conditions and the DevRepublic Privacy Policy, are governed by Dutch law.
