Do you already know them? The C's of DevRepublic? Because in addition to the many developers, designers and testers, there are also several Certified Agile Business Analysts, Certified Scrum Product Owners and Certified Scrum Masters among us.

Certified Agile Business Analyst (CABA): The Agile Business Analyst is the expert to understand and apply business analysis in an agile context. The Agile Business Analyst provides added value in projects where the change also affects process and organizational facets. Identifying and analyzing the business requirements, motivation (motives and goals) and modeling workable alternative solutions is a core task of a business analyst. Finally, the Business Analyst looks at how the processes contribute to the objectives of the organization. It also looks at the priority, added value and momentum for the developments that need to take place. In this area, the Agile Business Analyst and the Product Owner meet and can work together to achieve results.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO): The Product Owner is part of the Scrum team and responsible for clearly describing the user stories of the product and prioritizing them. In addition, stakeholder management is a very important part of the product owner. It can be a challenge to coordinate with the stakeholders what will or will not be implemented, let alone prioritization.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM):  This person is responsible for ensuring that a Scrum team lives by Scrum values ​​and practices. The ScrumMaster is often regarded as a coach for the team, who helps the team to get the best out of itself and stimulates self-direction. In addition, the Scrum Master acts as a link between the technical development team and the Product Owner, or the client. The Scrum Master helps the DevOps team determine when a software product is 'done' and can help the Product Owner formulate user stories and product visions.

There can be major differences between the interests of stakeholders, but everyone ultimately has the same target group in mind: the end user.
