DevRepublic becomes our development partner for setting up the new data platform with which Profound takes the next digitization step.
With a handshake between Almar Ourensma (director Profound) and John Wassing ( director DevRepublic) the collaboration has been formalized.

Almar explains: “We ourselves had a rough idea of ​​what our future platform should look like, but we lacked the know-how and capacity to realize this. DevRepublic has translated our idea into a more specific plan and platform. They provide the software developers and also the Product Owner. This allows us to fully focus on the development of our equipment that performs the measurements and delivers the data to the platform.”

The future platform is now development. This will be hosted in the cloud at Amazon AWS with the database structure of MongoDB. In this way, the platform is reliable, secure, future-proof and scalable.
