As soon as we enter into a new collaboration, we will of course start with an onboarding.
Part of this onboarding is providing insight into the cultural differences between India and the Netherlands.
Because there are differences, but they are absolutely no obstacle to a successful collaboration.

🇬🇧 Good English is spoken

⏲ The working hours in India have been adjusted: there is a daily overlap of 6 hours

🌍 There is a lot of interest from India for us in Europe

En don't forget, we as Dutch "can do something with it too". Also take a good look at our own attitude and communication style. Realize what this does to someone else - from a different culture.
